Lysiane Lefebvre is Policy Advisor and Project Manager at the Shamba Centre for Food & Climate. Lysiane’s interests revolve around the financing of sustainable development including blended finance, debt swaps and ESG investing.

Prior to joining the Shamba Centre, Lysiane worked at the International Institute for Sustainable Development, managing grants on economic law and policy totalling several million dollars. She notably worked with the Director of Agriculture Trade and Investment and senior colleagues on flagship projects such as the Zero Hunger Private Sector Pledge and trainings for African parliamentarians on responsible investments in agriculture and food systems. Lysiane also worked at the United Nations Secretariat, focusing namely on climate finance and the financing of transport infrastructure in least-developed countries.
