Hugo Hagen is the Senior Bayer Representative and Country Division Head Pharmaceutical – Bayer Middle East. In this role, he is responsible for 16 countries with regional offices throughout the Middle East. Hugo is dedicated to creating a high performing corporate culture that promote business excellence, innovation, with strong focus on sustainability and continuous talent development.

With more than 25 years of experience in business, holding various positions in marketing and sales, with and without managerial responsibilities, Hugo is a is a passionate and strong leader. Throughout his international career he has been responsible for driving teams and organizations in fostering a winning culture with excellent accomplishments.

Before he moved to Dubai, he worked in various managerial position in and outside of Europe. Hugo studied marketing and basic pharmacology in Oslo Norway.
