In the framework of the Brussels visit of the recently appointed EMRC President Prof. Monty Jones (Special Advisor to the President of Sierra Leone and winner of the FAO World Food Prize), DR Congo’s Minister of Agriculture, Jean Chrysostome Vahamwiti Mukesyayira, and DR Congo’s Minister of Industry and SMEs, Rémy Musungayi Bampale, presentations will focus on the opportunities and challenges of Africa’s Agri-Food sector. Speakers will outline their views and vision of the current and future status of Sub-Saharan Africa’s agricultural potential.
