Trisha Mandal (she/her) is the Partnerships & Communications Manager at the Global Coordinating Unit of Young Professionals for Agricultural Development (YPARD). A community development specialist, Trisha focuses on fostering meaningful partnerships and amplifying cultural, socio-economic, and political narratives through storytelling. She is passionate about highlighting grassroots stories of young leaders in the agri-food systems space and connecting them with different stakeholders in the field.

Before joining YPARD, Trisha gained experience in project management and communications strategy in various roles in Germany and Scotland. She holds an MA in British Studies from Humboldt University, Berlin (2018–2021), and a BA Honours in English and Journalism from Calcutta University, India (2015–2018). A native English speaker, Trisha also speaks Bengali (her mother tongue), Hindi, and German.
