Lauren Lovejoy is a first-generation farmer and the founder of Red Hen, a digital marketplace designed to help small farms sell directly to consumers. With a master’s in data analytics and over a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership, she is passionate about strengthening local food systems and promoting regenerative farming systems. Lauren also leads Regenerative Farmers of America, a platform that promotes regenerative farmers nationwide.
