Professor Henning Bjornlund is a Research Professor in Water Policy and Management in the School of Commerce at the UniSA Business School. He has been researching water management and policy issues in Australia since 1993, and in Canada since 2005.
Professor Bjornlund is a member of the board of the International Water Resources Association and serves as the Chair of the associations Science, Technology and Publications Committee, a member of the Bureau of the International Scientific Committee of the XVII World Water Congress to be held in Daegu, Korea in May 2020, a member of the board of the International Water Resource Economics Consortium, and serve on the editorial board of Agricultural Water Management and Sustainable Development and Planning.
Professor Bjornlund is currently working on a project funded by the Australian Center International Agricultural Research; Transforming small-scale irrigation schemes in Southern Africa, the projects works closely with range of government department and research institutions in Mozambique, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, and South Africa.
